1.Digital Products
Code Go provides digital educational content. Because access to purchased content may be granted immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.
2.Exceptions
Refunds may still be provided where required by applicable law or where approved under Paddle's policies or the policies of the applicable payment provider acting for the transaction.
3.Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents reasonable access to purchased content, please contact us at support@codego.site. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.
