Code Go Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms explain how you can use Code Go and what to expect when purchasing digital course content.
Last updated: March 23, 2026
1.Description of Service
Code Go is an online educational platform that provides digital educational content, including programming and technology courses. Users may browse, purchase, and access eligible course content through the platform.
2.Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Account sharing is not permitted.
3.Purchases and Payments
Purchases on Code Go are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, or another clearly identified payment provider where applicable. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, together with any applicable taxes, fees, or charges displayed before completing your purchase.
4.Refunds
Because our products are digital and access may be provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered except where required by applicable law or where a refund is otherwise granted under the applicable payment provider's or Merchant of Record's policies. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
5.Access to Content
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased content for your own individual use in accordance with these Terms. You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, or share access to paid content.
6.Intellectual Property
All platform content, including videos, lessons, text, branding, graphics, and course materials, is owned by Code Go or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works from any content.
7.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- share your account or login credentials with others;
- copy, redistribute, record, reproduce, or resell course content without authorization;
- attempt to bypass platform security, access controls, or content protection measures;
- use the platform in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful manner;
- interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the platform.
8.Platform Protection
We may use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our platform and content from unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution. Any attempt to circumvent such protections may result in suspension or termination of access.
9.Content Disclaimer
We aim to provide useful, accurate, and high-quality educational content, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any course will produce a particular academic, career, financial, or personal result.
10.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk or legal exposure for Code Go or other users.
11.Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update or modify the platform, its features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
